Low pressure sales process. J was excellent. Communication was excellent. Delivered as promised.
Brett Curtin was a great representative of the company. He explained every detail of what they do, what they use, how they install and showed me samples. I was impressed with everything. The quality of there fixtures and what they are made of. They are made in the USA. He also told me approximately when the install would take place and how that it would be installed in one day from demolition to finished product. I am looking forward to my new shower and tub. I paid more than I expected but I think it is worth it. The installation crew (Philip and Masis) were knowledgeable and professional. They covered all floors to each bathroom. They answered all my questions. They were here 8 hours each day and completed one bathroom each day for a total of 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I love both rooms!
Held off 3 years to make this review. This company was not fun to work with. Initially, the salesmen came to the house and gave me a quote same day. I customized my remodel and we were off to the races. They sold me with the lifetime warranty that's supposed to be transferable, as I plan to sell the house at some point. Their price was 13k, about 5k higher than the time quote I got, but the ease of maintenance and warranty made sense to use as a selling point. To start, these guys didn't show up on time to demo and install. I was told it would take a days worth of work. The guy who came by to do the work was nice and kept to himself. The bathroom is small, so when I walked in after he finished and I found the walls and the ceiling looked like Swiss cheese, I was taken back but not fully surprised. The guy also repaired a leaky pipe, so props there. The issues were that he said he'd come back to fix the ceiling, and that one of the pieces for the shower handle was missing. No big deal, except I was told I'd be receiving a phone call the next day to schedule when they can come back and install the final piece. A week goes by and no word. I call the office and I'm given no answers, since I was told they needed to check with the install tech. I believe I got the call the next day, informing me they had to order the part separate and they'd let me know when it came in. They were supposed to have it on hand I guess. I also mentioned the ceilings but got nowhere with that. Fast forward almost another week, I am now fed up, so I call only to get sent to voicemail. I email the regional director or branch manager, whomever. I immediately get a call from said gentleman and he wants to know what's going on and how they can fix it. I tell him everything, and we get the tech scheduled to come by. They tell me they'll patch the ceilings and paint them, though I opted not for them to paint since I didn't trust them and I was a painter. A different tech shows up a couple days later, installs the piece in 20 minutes and leaves. The ceilings were patched and the job seemed complete. The techs were nice, nothing bad to say about them personally. Now, 3 years later, their sealant has peeled up on almost all of the bottom seems, some of the corner seems, and there has been unpaintable sealant smeared 2 inches past the corner where the wall meets the shower panel. I emailed them, and received a call the next day. I was working so I missed the call, but I did respond to a follow up email they sent. As it turns out, this lifetime warranty is seemingly still good, but they wanted to charge $250 to send a tech out and reseal the seems. It started peeling 2 years in, which is absurd given I paid over 10k for this subpar work. I'll pay the $20 for a tube of 25yr tub sealant and do it myself before I spend $250 on a poorly done sealant job that should be covered by warranty. This company has no attention to detail, with some of the worst customer service I've had in the trades, and I'm no stranger to them after running a painting company. I'm disappointed I chose to work with them. Lesson learned, hopefully they've improved in these 3 years.
There was no cost breakdown on the items my wife and I chose. I wouldn’t know if I was paying $300 or $1200 for a toilet. Never mind the other selections. I feel the company would gain better customer experience by adding this to the quote. The person that came to the house was very nice and respectable, but we went through the process and we were thrown a $26,000 cost with no idea where it was going.
8:13am, 9:44am, 11:14am, 12:44pm, 12:45pm, 12:52pm, 2:16pm, 2:35 pm, 2:36pm … this is how many times this company called me today because I had put on the internet that I was “ interested” in pricing on a walk in bath. The voicemails left were LIES and deceitful claiming we had an appointment on Wednesday they were trying to confirm, that is not correct, a company that starts out with lies before they even get in the door is not good, I finally answered the phone, because you know, I kept blocking the number because I was at WORK!!! And they kept calling, I figured I would give the girl a minute to tell me what she needed, she wanted to schedule a walk through, I told her the bathroom is completely gutted and sealed off at the moment waiting treatment of the area and she was insistent that the guy would need to come to take measurements 😆 its an empty box… what is he going to measure, I made it clear my only question was the price of the tub, she wouldn’t provide that without having someone come to my house.. 1) I’ve already stated the area was sealed off not to be opened until treatment, 2) if they need to send someone to my house to convince me their pricing is worth it, then they are ripping someone off, 3) again, they started with lies. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, their are aggressively scary
