Long Pond Custom Builders

I hired Long Pond Custom Builders to build a second bathroom. The project was done on time and budget. I was overseas for part of the project and when I returned the house was neat and the project was progressing as scheduled. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The bathroom was beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Lucas Nichols and Long Pond Builders have completed two jobs for us. One was a new front entryway and porch and the the other was an addition which included a new kitchen, dining room, deck and screened porch. Both projects came in on time and on budget. We found Lucas to be very accommodating, good at communicating every step of the process to us and working with the highest integrity. If another job arises we would not work with anyone else but Lucas and Long Pond Builders.

I’m German, so it’s in my nature to be, let’s just say “particular.” I’m also a designer so throw that into the mix and you’ve got a demanding customer. We moved to Plymouth in 2017 and I struggle to find the words to fully describe what an absolutely stellar job Lucas did on our bungalow renovation. The attention to detail, the creativity, the commitment to communication, and it was done on time and on budget. How many homeowners get to say that? There were so many things Lucas did for us that never showed up on an invoice and he was just wonderful to work with. We simply consider him to be the best contractor we’ve ever worked with and now, a neighbor and a good friend. Look at his work, but do yourself a favor and talk with him to get the true measure of his character.

Long Pond works smart. Lucas Nichols runs a small team of well-organised, skilled and friendly people that added a master bedroom and bath and refurbished a large part of our original cottage. We appreciated the attention to detail, the punctuality and the collaborative spirit that Lucas brought to helping us make our old "cottage" a beautiful, comfortable place to live for many years to come.

Long Pond CB did a great job as a general contractor for our two level garage project earlier this year. Lucas was an excellent communicator and problem solver. We will certainly use him again for any future project.
