A March 2024 Google review tells the story most worth knowing: a customer with an old three-decker had several electricians say the meter and panel equipment would take months, up to a year and a half, to arrive. Lussier Electric got the parts within a couple of weeks, upgraded the existing meters, added two more, replaced several panels, worked into the evening to finish as promised, and came in at the agreed price. Lussier Electrical Service is a Worcester electrical contractor. The company says Michael P. Lussier founded it in 1987, that family members joined in 2007, 2019 and 2023, and that it serves Worcester County and Metro West with residential and commercial work, mini-splits and Generac generator installs. Its Massachusetts electrician license, #8598, is active, held by Lussier Electrical Service, Inc. The BBB lists it as an accredited business with an A+ grade. Service upgrades and heat pumps come up again and again. A June 2024 reviewer in Holden had the panel taken from 100 to 200 amp service and said the crew explained the inside and outside work beforehand. A May 2025 customer hired them for a 200 amp upgrade, named Bucky, John and Ryan on the crew, and credited Seth with getting the permit closed on time. A December 2024 review describes Michael, Seth and the team installing heat pumps and staying easy to reach, and a May 2026 customer says the team wired a new heat pump system and explained everything clearly. Smaller jobs get the same attention. In a May 2025 review, a customer who described herself as a disabled woman said Michael installed a Level 2 car charger and suggested a better way to store the charging cable, which she said made a big difference for her. An April 2024 reviewer described a long run of electrical revisions and add-ons in a 100-plus-year-old house, bringing it up to code, with the team giving an honest view of what to prioritize and charging fairly. Several 2024 and 2025 reviews mention fair or reasonable prices and prompt communication. All 17 Google ratings are five stars, and its written reviews run from 2017, when a BuildZoom customer had a couple of mini-split air conditioners installed on time, through 2026.
