I knew from our first interaction during the initial quote that I wanted him to do my chimney repair. Extremely experienced, tidy, kind and the completed work exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Mac Masonry to anyone and everyone.

We had Mac Masonry extend our patio and add cobblestone edging around an existing gravel bed. Don was extremely meticulous through the process. He worked to find the exact stone that matched the existing patio and consulted with us on details that we hadn't even considered to ensure that the final product was exactly how we envisioned. The result was a gorgeous new space that matched the old patio perfectly. Will definitely look to hire him for future projects!

This company was recommended to me by neighbors. They came out to my home to look at a project. They sent an estimate which I signed, and we had written communication by email and text about a start date for the project. We never had verbal communication again, only email and text messages. They indicated a start date of mid to late June but never heard from them again I emailed them several times throughout the month of June about when a start date might be and never heard from them after the fourth email they contacted me and said that I spoke to them and said that someone who repaired my driveway (I’ve never had my driveway repaired) took care of my project and I told them I no longer needed it done. I tried to explain to them that I thought they had me confused with someone else and that that conversation never happened. They insisted that the conversation did happen and double down on the fictitious conversation That never happened. not only did they not apologize for dropping the ball and not scheduling my project and failing to respond to any of my numerous emails trying to get my project scheduled they were rude and condescending. Thereafter they sent a link asking me to review them the email they sent very clearly had in the subject line to please review. When I reached out to them asking them if they were serious about sending me this email they seemed confused. Although I’m disappointed that their failure to respond in a timely fashion, and they’re completely dropping. The ball has set my project back months, I’m grateful to have discovered they’re completely detached from reality and inability to comprehend, simple written communications as I would never want to do business with someone so detached from reality and so completely devoid from basic customer Service Beware

Don has been great to work with on our chimney repair. He has gone above and beyond to help us figure out a leak issue. He is responsive, does fantastic work, and does a great job explaining all of the work that he is going to do.
