We had two emergencies, both after 8:30 at night, and both times the part needed was procured quickly, the service call done in short order, and we were back in business without missing a beat! I can't say enough about how grateful we are to Donny for getting us out of two serious binds He is knowledgeable, responsible, respectful, reliable, and even funny when it's needed. I highly recommend Mac's Plumbing & Heating without hesitation!
