Matt Malone gets credited by name for being responsive and showing up on time — one reviewer described a rocky-lot install that still finished clean, another had a condo's trash-area gates rebuilt sturdier than before. Reviewers also point to fair pricing and an owner who personally returns calls and works through product options with them. The one exception is a May 2024 review describing a gate job handed to Malone's son rather than the founder — after back-and-forth on details and half the deposit paid, the reviewer says the crew backed out, calling it "not the same company."
