Marandola Fuel Service is a heating-oil company whose website describes heating oil delivery backed by an in-house team of service technicians, and lists Kent and New Milford as its service area. A fuel-industry news site has reported that Casey Energy acquired the company. A 2026 customer with a payment plan that includes a yearly furnace checkup said the technician could smell something was wrong as soon as he entered the house. In that 2026 review, the customer said he found that combustion by-products were no longer being expelled outside because of a fan failure. A 2025 customer said the heat was off one morning and the company came the same day and replaced a blown transformer, with the system running again by the afternoon. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Bill showed up within half an hour of a call about no hot water and fixed the problem. The work goes beyond oil heat. A 2024 customer said the company replaced two old central air conditioning units with a single Bosch heat pump, with Marandola employees and subcontractors on the job. A 2022 customer described technicians modifying ductwork to add MERV 13 filters and REME-Halo UV units in a two-zone forced warm air home. A 2025 customer described an annual service contract that covers furnace maintenance and service calls and requires a commitment to the company's home oil delivery through the season. A 2026 customer on automatic oil delivery said the technician responded quickly when the furnace had a problem. A 2025 customer said their elderly father's furnace shut down in below-freezing temperatures and he was told the company does not make emergency calls unless the caller is a prior fuel-delivery customer; that customer ended up fixing the furnace themselves. A 2024 customer said the company added coolant to an A/C unit, came back to say there was too much, replaced a valve and billed for the misdiagnosed first visit, and that a promised condenser coil had not arrived after more than a month with no communication. A 2026 customer said they got the run around when calling for oil and were sometimes asked to pay upfront, while describing the delivery staff as pleasant and respectful. Connecticut lists its B1 heating licence, HTG.0404880-B1, as active, held by Marandola Fuel Service LLC.
“Casey Energy Acquires Marandola Fuel Service”
Service was excellen
I always get the run around when i call to get oil. Sometimes they want me to pay upfront. I've spoken to many of other customers and they said they never had to pay upfront. I have and feel like I'm being singled out for some reason. The delivery staff are always pleasant and very respectful when in my property. I'm serious thinking of Leaving this company.
I quit Petro years ago because they give new customers better pricing then those who have been loyal for years. In my case over 10 years. Marondola/ Casey fuel is always up front and honest. I have a payment plan that comes with a yearly furnace checkup. I wish I remembered the techicians name because as soon as he entered my house he could smell something was wrong and was extremely concerned about carbon monoxide exposure. He found that the by products of combustion were no longer being expelled outside of my house due to a fan failure. Me and my dog Bella are extremely grateful.
Overall very good and not overpriced. Thanks!
Always great service! Thanks
