A 2026 customer said they woke to a cold house on a weekend morning with a snowstorm on the way, called first thing, and had a technician at the door in under 10 minutes, before the office could return the call. A 2025 customer wrote that the furnace stopped working on a Sunday night with 14 degree temperatures, and that Matt, one of the company's techs, was at the house within 90 minutes and got it running again. A 2024 customer said their dogs got biscuits left with the ticket in the garage door when they got a delivery. A 2023 customer said George and a colleague came out to look at the boiler and were helpful, honest and patient, though that customer found the phone operator's tone hard and matter-of-fact. A 2023 customer who gave three stars said one of the company's long-time phone operators had an attitude every time they called.

In moments like that, you realize how important a dependable heating company is. We are warm, comfortable and ready to hunker down and ride out the storm thanks to the great service.
I have been a long time customer of Layton and tonight- a Sunday night with 14 degree temperatures- my furnace stopped working. I called for emergency service and Matt, one of their techs, was at our house within 90 minutes and got us back up and running. They are THE BEST!
