Marchetti Commercial Fuels says on its website that it specializes in on-site fueling, fleet and bulk deliveries, and residential automatic oil deliveries. The website lists a service area that includes Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Peabody and Saugus. A page on western-global.com names Anthony Marchetti as owner of Marchetti Commercial Fuels Inc. A recent Google reviewer who has owned a house for almost 20 years thanked Sarah and Laura on the phone. A 2026 customer said they called to bump up a scheduled oil delivery before an upcoming storm, and the company came the following day. A 2026 reviewer said a different oil company never showed up after a prepaid order, and Marchetti rearranged its schedule to add a full tank with a big storm coming that weekend. A 2026 customer said snow and poor plowing on their street prevented the first delivery. That 2026 customer said the company kept them informed about options such as contacting the city to clear snow banks, then made a follow-up visit and completed the oil tank refill. A 2024 customer said they started a new account on Christmas Eve, found the tank was on empty, called Sarah, and had the delivery truck at the house within 3 hours. A 2024 reviewer who switched from another heating oil supplier said the driver arrived within a few days and was professional, quiet and clean. A 2024 customer said the company came the same day they signed up and offered automatic delivery, which their previous supplier had not. A 2023 customer said the company filled and cleaned out the tank without leaving a mess. That 2023 customer said that with automatic delivery tracked on a chip, they did not run out of oil, which had happened to them in the past. Its BBB grade is A+.
