Jackson Fuel Corporation

Jackson Fuel Corporation is a Medford fuel-oil supplier that BBB says has operated for 42 years. A customer writing in July 2025 said they received heating oil when they needed it and recommended the company; another, in October 2021, said they had used Jackson Fuel for more than 20 years without service problems. The more recent written comments are mixed. In February 2026, a reviewer criticized a driver for blocking a one-way street during a delivery. A December 2024 review reduced its complaint to customer service, while a January 2023 reviewer described an unpleasant conversation with the owner. Those reports are worth weighing alongside the positive delivery history. Google shows 3.4 stars from nine ratings. Before arranging a delivery, confirm timing and access for your street, and ask how the company handles service concerns. The written history includes both long-term customers and specific complaints about driver conduct and customer service.
