A 2026 customer in Chelsea who said they had worked with about 10 different oil and heating businesses since 2020 said each employee they spoke with at Mario's Oil was empathetic, keen and punctual. A 2025 customer said oil was delivered the next morning. In a 2022 review written in Spanish, a customer said the company offered a lower oil price than the other places they called, and that the technician kindly answered all their questions about a problem with their oil machine.
