Mark R Cahill Construction

We worked with Mark and his team on a renovation and addition on our home in Eastham. Mark was great to work with, had great ideas to make modifications to the plans and was mindful of working within our budget. Mark's crew were also terrific. Great skills and also were mindful of keeping things in order although we were not there all of the time. The subcontractors that Mark works with are also top notch - from the floors (Heartwood) , to the electrician (Dominic N) the foundation and excavation crew (John Martin) - the best! We did a lot of research and spoke to other past clients as well and all were enthusiastic about their projects and working with Mark. We could not be happier and would strongly recommend Mark and his team!

Arrogant - first thing he said to me was that I "stole" the property I purchased. Disrespectful - refused to return requests from electrician for nine days. Dishonest - Recommended a sleazy rep for windows that caused a nightmare for his firm, for subsequent contractor and me . Lazy - didn't even measure windows and then tried to bill me for hours worked when he hadn't done any work. Doesn't return calls. Padded his bill to an embarrassing degree. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
