This is a second-floor condo, when Jason (contractor) installed the shower, water got through to the first floor, and he left a plastic bowl wedged under the shower floor, damaged my downstairs neighbors ceiling Jason said he would pay for damages. I took his word. Weeks went by, I received a call from the Condo board stating if Jason doesn’t pay, you are to pay your downstairs neighbor for damages equaling $1000.00. he never paid, so I had to pay, I felt violated, that’s why I hired a person who is licensed and insured (as if that matters) A plumber that witnessed this said, it’s the worst installations he’s ever seen. i’m 75 years old I guess Jason figured what can he do? i’ll see you in court!
Great job. We love the deck.
