I asked for the work to be done in a bit of a rush as I had tenants with a young child moving in very shortly and Keith made everything work and the price was very reasonable.

Keith and his team did a great job! The project took a couple turns along the way, but Keith was on top of things the whole time and communicated clearly as plans evolved. He coordinated with contractors and helped us get the requisite testing set up afterwards. Great experience all around!
Keith and his team made the lead removal process a wonderful experience. This was my first time ever having to remove lead. He answered any/all of my questions very thoroughly; making what initially seemed like an overwhelming process, so seamless. He was constantly communicating and providing us with updates. Not to mention he completed the work faster than the original estimated time. Furthermore, Keith and the team went above and beyond my expectations with the lead removal/clean up / everything. If I ever need to have lead removed from another project/ property, I'll be making sure to call him and his team!
