It’s the middle of winter, and our old water heater started leaking out of nowhere. We quickly unplugged it and turned it off, unprepared for life without hot water. After looking through local plumbers, we called Strictly Service, and connected with Chris right away. He asked about our setup and had us text pictures of our leaky behemoth. The bad news: after 20 years, it was time to say goodbye and replace it with a new water heater. The good news: Chris could come next day, get the new one installed, and take the old one away. Chris provided a fair, all-inclusive quote, and the next morning, he showed up on time, with the new water heater ready to go. He finished the job in less than 2 hours, and we had hot water again. This time with a newer, shinier water heater. Based on our experience, we’d definitely recommend Chris for any plumbing projects for his professionalism, honesty, and punctuality.

Strictly Servoce Plumbing and Heating is wonderful! I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday during a super cold weekend. After spending an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help (with no luck) I called Strictly Service Plumbing and Heating. They weren't able to make a service call that day but spent a long time on the phone with my boyfriend and I walking us through the problem. We were able to stop the emergency and he helped us learn more about our furnace! He was so patient and kind. We will absolutely be calling back next time we need a plumber!
