Mass Roofing and Gutter

So far, I have nothing but good to say about Mark and his work. He has a very friendly demeanor and strikes a good balance of listening to what you think you want and sharing his advice from decades of experience. We were hoping to have our roof re-shingled before family arrived from across the country, and Mark made it happen, even going to city hall in person to expedite the permit. We were concerned about our garden that runs alongside the house being damaged during the stripping of the old shingles, so Mark supplied boards to protect it. Our chimney had several loose bricks, so the crew fixed that while they were up there. The crew spent a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the job, paying special attention that no nails were left on the ground. The roof looks great, and I look forward to working with Mark again on gutters and maybe siding down the road.

I called Mark and he showed up when he said he was going to. I had quite a few questions for him. He was patient with me and answered them all thoroughly. We were able to write up a contract that made me feel comfortable that he knew the work that I wanted to get done. In the end the roof turned out beautiful and he didn't leave any of the trash after. I would call him again to do work for me if I had more.
