The company says it handles oil tank removal and replacement, boiler and furnace installation, oil burner service, and annual heating-system maintenance, working out of its Spruce Street shop and, by its own account, across Massachusetts. Its Google record runs from 2021 through this year — 11 reviews, all five stars, most naming a night-or-weekend call that got answered. One reviewer described a husband-and-wife team showing up the same night a circuit board failed, waiving the late-night charge after hearing about a family member's disability. Another recounted a late-night oil tank leak stopped and the tank replaced the next day, with drop cloths laid down to protect the work area. In a 2021 review, a customer named three technicians — Bob, Al, and Mark — and what each did on a two-furnace tune-up: nozzle changes and cleaning, tank draining and filter swaps, and running parts and cleanup. Recent activity keeps the same shape: three reviews in the last six months, none negative.
