MassHeat is a Quincy oil heat services company covering oil tank removal and replacement, boiler and furnace installation, oil burner service, and annual maintenance across Massachusetts. The reviews describe a company that responds fast, even outside normal hours. In an April 2026 review, a customer said a husband-and-wife team came out the same night a circuit board failed, mentioning a disabled family member, and didn't charge extra for the late hour. Another January 2026 review described a late-night oil tank leak stopped and drained the same night, with the tank replaced the next day and drop cloths laid down to protect the home during the work. Several reviews from 2021 and 2024 name specific crew — Bob, Al, Mark, and Alex — for tune-ups, tank removals, and furnace nozzle cleaning, describing thorough, careful work. None of the eleven reviews on file describes a negative experience. For oil heat service, tank work, or an after-hours emergency, MassHeat has a strong, specific track record with the same names showing up again and again.

Mass Heat was extremely responsive and professional from start to finish. We highly recommend them.
I had a sudden late-night oil tank leak, and these guys hustled out, got it stopped and drained, and replaced the tank the next day. They took care during the entire process, including laying down cloths and letting me know what they'd be working on, and when. Would 100% recommend them.
