The Boston company designs, installs and services them for houses, commercial spaces and multi-unit buildings, and says it has been at this since 1993 — 33 years by its own count. The company describes itself as a qualified Mass CEC installer for Mass Save rebates, and says its technicians are factory trained and certified. For a house or a multi-unit building going over to heat pumps, a shop that installs nothing else is a reasonable place to start. Ask for the Mass Save rebate path in writing, the equipment lines its technicians are trained on, and a couple of recent local installs you can look at — and confirm licensing and insurance before the work starts.
