It holds 4.7 stars from 65 ratings on HomeAdvisor and an A+ grade on its BBB page. A 2018 customer said Matt and his helper Timmy were honest, charged fair rates and were courteous and neat. A 2018 customer who had a garbage disposal installed called Matt and Jim prompt and fast. A 2018 customer said the problem was corrected and two other plumbing issues were fixed in the same visit, with a call before arrival. In a 2019 review, a customer said the work that needed doing was explained and broken pipes were shown to them.
