Its Massachusetts plumber licence, 5055-PL-C, is active on the state registry in the company's own name, and its BBB page is an A+. On Google it sits at 4.9 across 1,600 ratings. The jobs customers describe are the ones that cannot wait. In a June 2026 review, Troy fixed a leak in a ceiling after another plumbing company had recommended a much more extensive and expensive repair, and explained why that wasn't necessary. A July 2026 review credits Cliff with a plumbing inspection a homeowner's insurance policy demanded ahead of a cancellation date, with the detailed report out the same day. An August 2026 customer had the gas boiler diagnosed and corrected by Steve and Rob, with Cliff — the owner — lending a hand. Bigger work shows up too: a March 2026 reviewer had a new boiler put in a house with major issues in the old piping and gas leaks. A couple of habits repeat. Technicians turn up early often enough that reviewers remark on it, one caller got an after-hours response in July 2026, and in April 2026 the company told a customer their two-year-old on-demand water heater was due for service before the customer knew it themselves. Where people push back, it is on price. A July 2026 reviewer wanted a disposal installed with the unit and the electrical already in place and was quoted $750, against earlier installs they said had run well under $500. A customer of five years, writing the same month, had nothing but praise for the technician and said plainly that the pricing disappointed them.
