Walk-in showers, bathroom renovations and a kitchen floor are among the jobs customers describe hiring Master Tile Bathroom Remodeling to complete. Thumbtack lists it as a Leominster business. A June 2026 customer said Lucas handled a walk-in shower within a few weeks, praised the price and responsiveness, and said other local companies had not had the time or willingness to take it on. An April customer described Lucas's kitchen-floor work and bathroom remodel, praising the finish and attention to detail. Another April reviewer said the company completely renovated their kitchen and bathroom. Customers also describe Lucas's communication: an August reviewer who had used his services in multiple areas of their home praised both the communication and work, while an April condo customer said he communicated well about the work and that the rooms felt fresh and inviting afterward. Google lists a 5-star average from 20 ratings; Thumbtack separately lists a 5.0-star average from 20 ratings. Earlier accounts give specific examples of the tile work. In a February 2026 review, a walk-in-shower customer said Lucas arrived on time each day, explained that day's work and sent evening follow-up texts with payment receipts. They also described daily cleanup and a fair price. A March 2026 reviewer praised removal of an old backsplash and installation of its replacement, along with communication and a clean workspace. In May 2025, a bathroom customer described removal of an existing tub, installation of a replacement and finish tiling. One August 2026 customer reported a communication difficulty: the worker who arrived was different from the person they had initially dealt with, and there was a language barrier. The customer said it was quickly resolved, they were eventually able to communicate with Wally, and they praised his work and planned to hire the company again.

Working with Master Tile was awesome! In fact, I’m planning to have them back to do additional work for me in the future. The only challenge was that the person who came to my home for the work wasn’t who I had dealt with originally, and the person that came had a language barrier in communicating with us. However, that was quickly resolved, and we were able to eventually communicate with the worker. He (Wally) was truly excellent, and did fantastic work! Highly recommend Master Tile!!!
Lucas is easy to work with, great communication and excellent quality of work. We’ve used his services for multiple areas of our home and have been very pleased with it all.
Lucas and his did did an amazing job on our walk-in shower. Very responsive, fair price, quality work, and great team. He was able to do what no local companies had time or will to do and he did it within a few weeks not months. It was a pleasure to have them do the job. Highly recommend them for any tile project you have.
They did a wonderful job on our bathroom. We are very happy.
