Luxury Makeover is a Leominster bath-and-kitchen remodeler that shows up first as a sales conversation — and it's the sales conversation reviewers keep talking about. Across more than a hundred Google reviews, a handful of names recur again and again: Al Rivera, Sonya Gendron, Kris, and Sobhy (Ibrahim Sobhy) are described, review after review, as patient, unhurried, and willing to say when something won't work rather than push a sale. The jobs themselves get similar marks. One homeowner had a 1970s tub-and-shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower, teak seat, and glass doors — the crew sealed off the work area to keep dust out and finished in a single day; another reviewer says installers were "in and out in 7 hours." A family that bought a beach house in Plymouth had Luxury Makeover redo two bathrooms and came away pleased with the cleanup and turnaround. On the kitchen side, several reviews describe a cabinet-refacing option — new doors, drawers, and hardware over the existing boxes, with a lifetime warranty and no-interest financing — as a cheaper, faster alternative to a full repaint or replacement. Not every visit goes as smoothly. In a 2025 review, a homeowner described a rep who arrived upset that her husband wasn't home, handled the tile samples she had set out for her own project carelessly, and explained that kitchen work is only available if cabinets are purchased through the company — she called the interaction rude and said she wouldn't use them again. It's the one sour note in an otherwise consistent record, but worth knowing before a consultation: ask up front what the kitchen-cabinet arrangement involves, and get a specific crew and timeline commitment for the install. For a tub-to-shower conversion, a full bath remodel, or a kitchen cabinet refacing, the reviews describe a business built around a no-pressure consultation followed by a fast, contained install — worth comparing its financing and warranty terms against a couple of other quotes before signing.

Al was wonderful. He was very informative, personable and definitely knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and made some great suggestions which helped us come to our final decision. Can’t wait to see the final results!
Al Revera represents Luxury Makeovers. He did the best of sales presentations. He listened and was very patient with a skeptical homeowner who has been berraged with calls from bath companies.
Remodeled our Master Bath with Luxury. Highly recommend Sobhy… found him to be extremely knowledgable, transparent and diligent. The install team was also great. Their quality of work is excellent but I also found them to be extremely considerate (working neatly, covering surfaces against dust, covering floors, notifying us before shutting water off, not leaving doors open for pets/kids). I have another full bath to remodel in the future and will 100% use them again.
Sonya came to my home and was very cordial. Knew her product and explained in detail my concerns. She knew exactly what I was looking for in my tub/shower conversion. I was quite satisfied with the whole process and decided to go with Luxury home because of her
