Reviewers describe those consultants at length: Al is repeatedly credited with a patient, no-pressure pitch and clear pricing against companies that quoted more; Sobhy is named for detailed measurements and a project that ran only 3-4 weeks from first meeting to finished bathroom; Sonya is credited with talking a customer through a rushed pre-Christmas shower install and, in another review, telling a homeowner directly when an idea wouldn't work. On the install side, a 2025 review describes a 1970s tub-and-shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower and teak seat, with the crew covering surfaces to keep dust out of the rest of the house. One July 2025 review is a clear exception: a customer says a rep who came for a kitchen consultation was rude, upset that her husband wasn't home, and mishandled tile she'd already purchased — and notes the company only takes on kitchen work if cabinets are bought through them. It's the only account like it against dozens of positive ones about bathroom projects, but worth knowing the kitchen side of the business works differently from the bath side.
