Easter weekend, Saturday, I wake up to a water leak in my living room ceiling. Narrowed it down to my upstairs bathroom sink. Called multiple plumbers, Rick was the only one to even respond. He was busy, obviously, but through pictures and texts he was able to help me get it to stop leaking for now, until he can come look at it and make sure it's ok. I've never met him, wouldn't even know him if I saw him, but to me, that's just awesome!! Thank you for easing my stress on a holiday weekend!

Incredibly helpful, kind, and responsible. I came home from work to a flooded kitchen and basement, called Berkshire Rooter, and they were here within five minutes. Highly recommend.
Berkshire Rooter is great! I called on the weekend and initially they said they couldn't make it (which is completely understandable) but would come by on Monday. When I realized that the clog was worse than I thought, they called the city to come and check that the problem wasn't on their end. Rick then was able to come by and fix the issue pretty quickly and give me clear advice about what could be done in the future. Given that it was a weekend, they charged a very very very reasonable amount. I would highly recommend Berkshire Rooter.
