MAXIMUS Consult & Develop is a general contractor whose website lists general construction, roofing, siding, decks, accessory dwelling units, remodeling and gutters. It names its service area as Bellingham, Upton, Northbridge, Franklin, Ashland, Sherborn, Douglas, Sutton, Natick, Framingham, Norfolk, Wrentham, Medway, Holliston and Hopkinton, and the company says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service and is insured. A recent Google review describes a major master bathroom remodel that included moving walls, going down to the studs and lots of tile work, and calls it "On schedule and on budget." That customer says Stas and his team are a pleasure to work with. Another recent customer says their communication is top-notch and that they also do great interior finish work, and one more has worked with Maximus on many of their projects and calls his communication top notch. In a 2026 review from before the spring, a customer described a complete remodel after a demolition from a fire and said Maximus had always been very easy to contact. In a 2025 review, a customer said they had the roof on the back of their house done so a new solar system could be installed. That 2025 customer wrote that Stas gave a 30 minute window for when his crew would show up and they did just that, then prepped the site, stripped off the old shingles, laid down the underlayment followed by the new shingles, and cleaned up the area. A biotekt.com project page credits Maximus Consult & Develop and Biotekt with designing a 130 sq ft outdoor gazebo for the Gilly's house, a men's recovery center in Massachusetts.
