Erik was the general contractor on a hotel project where we were the painting contractor and it was very disorganized. He ended up not getting the right permits with the city and all the trades got kicked off. He ran out of money and we had to put a lien on the property and got paid 5 months later. We do not recommend this company at all. Contractor's and homeowners should beware of this company.

Very happy with our home. Great communication, which is so important and something we didn’t have with a previous contractor. I highly recommend their design&build service. Saved money and overall we believe we got a better home because of it.
