I hired Mcnamara contracting to convert an old single family to 2 family rental property and they did a great job. This was a full gut remodel. Both sides went into the job knowing we were not going to be cutting any corners. All necessary updates were made to maximize return on a long term investment. I worked with Tim through the design process to establish drawings for permit. Tim is very knowledgeable and an Innovator in the construction industry. He is a natural leader and genuinely cares about the craft of building. Tim’s experience and knowledge of the building code paid dividends throughout the renovation. Tim’s pricing was very fair and accurate. His preconstruction services allowed work to run smoothly when the time came to start construction. We had project specifications nailed down beforehand so no time was wasted making decisions on finishes in the field. Tim was very clear, concise, responsive and easy to communicate with. Very professional all around from Tim and his crew. McNamara contracting takes pride in their work and I will definitely be contacting them for my next project.

Tim and his team were great to work with! They stand out as excellent at what they do and are very easy to talk to. We made a few minor changes along the way that they accommodated nicely. They did all that they said and the finished product turned out excellent. We cannot believe the addition is part of our home.
