Alpha Innovators Enterprises is a Braintree business on Thumbtack, and a 2025 Google reviewer had a complete basement remodel done by the company. That 2025 reviewer said John, the man in charge, showed up on time, gave an honest assessment without trying to oversell, and priced the job more reasonably than the other quotes they had received. The same 2025 reviewer wrote that the work started and finished on the time they had agreed upon and that the clean up was spotless. Its Thumbtack profile names a background-checked technician, Arian Demiri, and lists 16 years in business. A 2022 Thumbtack customer described crown moulding installed in their dining room and living room, with a measuring visit, an estimate the next day and the job finished the following weekend. That 2022 customer said the estimate was lower than the other company they spoke to. A 2023 Thumbtack customer who needed a mirror hung and a cabinet magnet installed said Arian was quick and that the cabinet doors "now shut." A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that the company "got it done right on schedule" on their stairs. In a 2024 Google review, a customer said they cleaned up their area after each day and supervised the other pros even though they didn't get paid to do so. A 2023 Thumbtack customer wrote that the business seemed unreliable, saying he requested scheduling changes the night before and then canceled an hour before the appointment over light snow, which the customer said in no way impeded access or affected the interior work requested.

Just want to start by saying that if there were more stars to give, i would gladly do so. Just had my basement redone with A.I.E and i cant say enough good words about these guys. The man in charge John was very responsive, punctual and efficient. He showed up on time, gave me his initial assesment, didnt try to oversell me on things i didnt need done, but gave me his honest and proffessional oppinion. The pricing was very competitive and alot more reasonable than the other quotes i had recieved. The work was started and completed on the time we had agreed upon. The finished product was great and the clean up was spotless. You wouldn't know a complete remodel of the basement was done. I would higly recomend. Great company.
Seriously happy with how our stairs turned out! They did a fantastic job, super professional, and got it done right on schedule. Love the new look!
These guys were amazing. Very fast workers and cleaned up their area after each day. Very helpful with tips and providing assistance with other professionals and their phone numbers so it could get done as fast as it did. They supervised the other pros even though they didn’t get paid to do so. True Rock Stars!!! I 100% recommend them
Great experience! Arian was so quick and the quality high. I needed a mirror hung and a cabinet magnet installed. The mirror is perfectly even in the middle of the wall and the cabinet doors now shut. Will definitely use Arian again in the future for other projects!
Seems unreliable. He requested scheduling changes the night before, which were accommodated as much as possible. Then he canceled an hour before appointment due to light-snow on the ground, which in no way impeded access or affected interior-work requested.
