Membrane Concepts

Membrane Concepts has earned a strong reputation for a reason. Their workmanship is excellent, and they truly stand behind everything they do. Highly recommend.

John and his staff provided outstanding service in a pleasant and professional manner. They were challenged by the work conditions and extreme hot temperatures of West Texas yet performed with remarkable grace. I have been in the industry for 50 years and they are the best I've seen at this type of installation. Thank you to Paul and every member of his crew!

My hotel fiber glass pool was shut down for a long time. I researched a bunch and found the option of liner to be the best. On top of it, john, Paul and a young fellow who I don't remember the name of were very pleasant to deal with. They solved all my queries regarding the pool liner longevity and did some extra work to enhance the beauty and longevity of the pool liner. As you see my pool being filled up for the first time in years. Now after a month of it I am giving a review. They use a good product and service is awesome. Thank you for the services rendered.

The first thing that stood out and I really appreciated was how promptly and thoroughly the team addressed any questions I had about the process. It was very much a learning experience for me taking on this job. The entire team’s commitment to communication was fabulous from the very first inquiry all the way thru the projects completion and beyond. (I had a couple questions after they had packed up and left). They delivered on every promise and worked hand in hand with me to tailor their schedule with what worked for both of us. This was a large project for me, replacing the liner in a huge swimming pool at a country club. My client is thrilled! The workmanship is top notch! Can’t say enough positive things. Put it this way- if every company performed like this, there’d be a lot less lawyers out there.

We had an outstanding experience working with this company for our pool repair. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. Every step of the process was handled with care, and the level of expertise they brought to the project was clear. The final product is absolutely top-notch, and a result that truly exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional service and exceptional work, but they do exactly that. Highly recommend!
