In a 1-star 2024 review, a customer wrote that the oil delivery person banged at their door and screamed that he couldn't wait two minutes for them to move furniture that was in his way. The same 2024 review said the receptionist blamed the customer for not being ready for the delivery, when they had never called to confirm it. A 1-star 2025 review called them very rude people.
Very rude people
I’d give zero stars if I could. The oil delivery person BANGED at my door as if he was the police then proceeded to scream at me that he couldn’t wait TWO MINUTES, after waking both of my sick twins, for me to move the furniture that was in his way. This is the most unprofessional and rude company I’ve dealt with in years. The receptionist proceeded to blame me for it not being ready for a delivery when they never called to confirm the delivery or its arrival. When I asked to speak to someone who ACTUALLY cares about the company and its customers the receptionist said she’d put a message in for me. Neither the driver or the receptionist should be working with people due to their lack customer service skills. I’ll ensure my oil payments go to literally any other company. To the owner you should be ashamed of the people you hired. Company won’t be open for long with those employees.
