A 2026 customer described the office and drivers as friendly and said delivery was prompt. A 2025 customer thanked Jen by name for the customer service they received. A 2025 customer who had used Orlando for years without issue said they later found a random $500 charge from the company in their bank account, and that calling about it got only a "whoops don't know how that happened."
When we moved into our apartment this was the recommended company for heating oil. Definitely the best rates and service around. We actually used a different company for our first order in Natick and it was a complete disaster, they filled up the wrong tank. Just use Orlando, save yourself a headache.
The best choice for home heating oil in the Metrowest area, by far. Friendly office and drivers, prompt delivery, and incredibly accomodating when you're most in need. Always a good experience!
We have used Orlando for years without issue. However, recently in looking through our bank account, we noticed a random $500 charge from Orlando. This caught our attention because, we usually fill our tank which is never an even number. We called and it just got a "whoops don't know how that happened." Sharing this in case it happened to others, hopefully not. The charge for us was in late November.
What can I say? I had great customer service from Jen. She’s so nice and so understanding I wouldn’t go with any other company. I wanna say thank you so much Jen and I hope you continue having a great day. Thanks Jen she’s the best in town
