Michael Moore Contracting

Michael Moore Contracting is a Revere general contractor that works both ends of a building — roofing and siding outside, kitchens, remodeling and full renovations inside — on residential and commercial jobs across Massachusetts. Both licences behind the business are active on the state registry: Michael Moore's home improvement contractor registration, #169521, and his construction supervisor licence, CS-107365. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+, lists it as not accredited, and puts it at 13 years in business. BuildZoom shows 22 projects for the company and scores it 93. For a homeowner planning a kitchen or a re-roof who wants a licensed construction supervisor running the job, this is a straightforward call. Ask which of those 22 projects came closest to yours in size and scope, and get the schedule and the payment milestones written into the contract before anyone starts.
