A 2025 customer said Mid State had installed their HVAC system a little over a year earlier and the air did not seem to be distributed evenly; that customer said Hayden came out right away and made adjustments to resolve the issue. A 2025 customer whose HVAC system Wayne and his team installed four years earlier said Wayne was responsive when an issue started, and the system was up and running again. A 2024 customer who had called on Mid-State Air a couple of times for central air conditioning praised Wayne's diagnosis help over the phone. A 2022 reviewer called the company "Unprofessional." A Massachusetts HVAC license, number 2000-SM-M1, is active on the state registry, with Wayne C Berard as the holder of record. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
