Steve was referred to us by a close friend and they raved about him. Steve and Matt did an exceptional job on our home renovation. Their work was thorough and high-quality from start to finish. What really stood out was their knowledge and honesty. Because of some structural issues in the house, they took the time to explain what would and wouldn’t work, which gave us a lot of confidence in the decisions being made. They were also very communicative throughout the entire process—always keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Steve and Matt to anyone looking for reliable, skilled contractors.
My husband and I hired Millers Precision for our full kitchen/hallway remodel, and we could not be happier! Steve was the first contractor to respond to us during our initial reach outs to several local businesses and the ONLY one who sat down and reviewed everything we truly wanted for our estimate. The estimate we received was extremely detailed and he came in person to explain each section to us. Steve was also one of the only contractors able to provide a range of services including adding water hookup for a dishwasher, grout work, changing exterior doors, smoothing out ceilings, and basic electrical needs such switching out lighting boxes. Our remodel was roughly five weeks, and I can honestly say I miss having him and Matt at the house. They were both such a pleasure to be around, prompt with arrival times, communicative, and left the house cleaner than they found it! They truly respected the space they worked in and ensured the safety of not only us but our dog. Steve kept us completely informed every day about the progress and what the next day’s goals were; while also providing a multitude of options of material samples and extra items we may not have thought of along the way. We will, without a doubt, be having them back to continue other projects on our house and cannot recommend them enough.
We have had Steve do a number of projects around our home. I would recommend him to anyone. Great work, done well by someone who cares about what they do. You can't beat that!
