A homeowner with old radiators that two other plumbing companies had refused to touch got options and a full price quote up front, then the job done in a day. Another watched a tech chase the sound of running water to a leaking toilet nobody had noticed, while he was there for the water heater. Names recur — Matt on an oil boiler and mini-split inspection, Dave and Liz swapping a dead hot water tank for a tankless unit with several price options and no pressure, Griffin and Tom replacing a service line and upgrading a panel in the rain the next day.
