The office was very communicative with planning a date and the arrival time of the crew. The technicians explained the process well and asked a lot of safety questions pertaining to the task. The gas installation looks great and job site cleaned up.

Need better communication
They gave me options, and thanks to a snappy list of services with pricees right on their cell phones, they were able to tell me the costs of Option 1 vs Option 2. All the work was completed within a couple of hours. In and Out. Just great. And they did a great job!
Every time someone from Milne Plumbing comes to turn our outdoor water on and off their service is prompt, efficient and courteous. They also fixed a minor issue with our kitchen sink and everything work great now. It’s very reassuring to have a company that you can always rely on!
