Mitchell Brothers Cleaning describes itself on its website as a carpet cleaning, mold removal and restoration company in the New Bedford area. On Angi, the company says it has served Bristol County since 1978. A 2024 Google customer said the company came in for a mold problem caused by flooding and fixed what previous workers could not. A 2024 customer described a thorough cleaning at a good price. A 2024 customer said it was their third time using the company. A 2021 customer said a rug cleaning quoted at 3-4 business days took over two weeks, and that the rug came back still stained and musty. That customer said the cleaning cost about $300, the drop-off came hours later than promised, and the call to raise it ended with them being hung up on before any resolution.
