In 2024, Manny and his team tore down the entire shell of one customer's house and re-sided it, with all new flashing, house wrap and exterior insulation/siding, and they replaced some rotted wood; that customer wrote that they were punctual each day. A 2023 review of a roof and siding job said they were on time, did quality work and their prices were fair.
A 2024 review said Manny and his associate came early, finished within a few hours and left nothing behind. A separate 2024 review said they did a good job under horrible weather conditions. A 2025 review of the work on a customer's house said, "Nothing was left undone."
MKB Construction is top rate! Manny & his crew do incredible work. They work hard and they care about the customer experience, as well as the quality of the work that they do. I highly recommend MKB Contruction to anyone who needs siding, roofing, gutters, whether in full or for repairs. Great work, great job, great work ethic! Nothing was left undone. Everything is beautiful, functional, and complete! I can't thank Manny enough but I'll try by giving him the highest recommendation. Thank you, Manny & your hardworking crew too! If you call Manny, you won't be disappointed! I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my house. 😊
Manny and his associate were fantastic. Came on time (actually early) and finished within a few hours. Cleaned up and left nothing behind. I'd hire them again in a minute.
Manny and his team were punctual each day and paid close attention to detail every step of the way. Very pleased with the quality of work that was done on this large project to include tearing down the entire shell of my house and re-siding it. All new flashing, house wrap, exterior insulation/siding, they replaced some rotted wood. The team worked very well together and went above and beyond to get the job done correct and in a timely manner. I won’t have to worry about the entire exterior of my house for 50+ years. Thank you Manny and tell your team thank you again, I appreciate your work. .
