In a July 2026 review, the customer identified Tom as the owner and said he came immediately to treat the yard. After two years with the company, they praised communication, pricing and results, describing a mosquito- and tick-free space where they, their wife and their dog could spend time outside. Another July reviewer described dependable service and thorough yard coverage since the previous year, saying ticks were no longer evident as they had been before. Been working with Mosquito Joe for two years after using a competitor of theirs previously. Initially called Tom (owner) in a pinch as I was having a large gathering in my backyard and I definitely have a mosquito problem as my backyard backs up to the woods and we are surrounded by trees. Came immediately to treat and help me out. We have "re-invented" our backyard in recent years and spend a great deal of time out there so having a mosquito and tick-free space has great meaning to me, my wife and our 8 year old Golden Retriever, Summer. It's great to be able to depend on someone that gets the job done and paying for something that actually works. Good people, communication, pricing and most important to me; results!

Tom is very courteous and friendly and take time to answer all my questions. This is my first time using the service for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. He has come twice and I have opted for a third treatment. This is the first company that tells you how many treatments are optimal, but gives you the option of how many treatments you want. I am very satisfied with their service.
Great service, friendly, easy to work with and has convenient scheduling reminders. It really makes a difference as the season progresses and is safe for our pets which is a relief. Def recommend
Tom at Mosquito Joe has been nothing less than excellent. His knowledge, willingness to change things up at the last minute, and friendliness set this company above and beyond others. We quoted several companies before choosing this one and never looked back. They’re the most economical and kindest. We started with them last summer and it’s made an enormous difference in our ability to be outside comfortably (and safely). Highly recommend.
