In a 2025 review, a first-year customer wrote that they could finally enjoy the backyard and that their dogs were no longer getting bit on their stomachs. A 2021 reviewer said they came every 2-3 weeks during the season to spray the yard and always showed up on time. In a 2024 review, a customer on the "organic" service plan wrote that they found the technician spraying Talstar insecticide on the lawn. A 2023 reviewer called it a useless service over the mosquito bites they got that year. A customer who first praised them in 2022 later added a 2022 update saying they cancelled because treatments took less than 5 minutes for the back and front of a 3/4 acre property, and a complaint about it was never corrected.
