The business is a Massachusetts LLC incorporated in March 2018, listed by the BBB at 549 Central Ave in Seekonk with Rosati as owner. It trades as NEBRPROS and says it covers Massachusetts, Rhode Island and northeastern Connecticut, doing roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decks, solar, paving, insurance restoration and remodeling. Its own site claims Google Guaranteed status, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor designation and a Top Rated HomeAdvisor badge — the company's claims, not verified here. What homeowners say lands the same way each time. A 2020 HomeAdvisor reviewer wrote about a roof replacement in North Attleboro, saying they had collected several quotes and went with Dave, Kathleen and Steve because that crew made them the most comfortable, and that their many questions got answered. Another reviewer, writing on Birdeye without a date, describes a family-run outfit that treated the house carefully. The BBB gives an A+, publishes no complaints and no government actions, though the company has not sought accreditation. Two things to pin down before you sign. The BBB profile lists a single employee, which sits oddly beside a service area running across three states — worth asking who actually shows up and whether the crew is in-house or subcontracted. And the addresses do not agree: the BBB has them in Seekonk while their own site gives a North Attleboro address, so confirm which office your contract and warranty are written from. A reasonable call for a storm-damage or insurance-claim roof around the Attleboro–Seekonk–Providence line, especially if you want someone who will deal with the adjuster. Ask for two recent local addresses you can drive past, and get the Owens Corning workmanship warranty terms in writing.
