My husband hired Chris Retos as a general contractor for the exterior paint job of our home and to have the deck stained. I wasn’t happy with the painters lack of attention to detail (splatters of paint on the windows, trim etc) they stained the deck while it was raining and refused to do a second coat… Chris agreed a second coat wasn’t needed, and dismissed all my concerns. Today we had our regular painter at the house to touchup a door that began peeling and it was MOST DISSAPOINTING to see that the painters didn’t use the color we had spent hours deciding on. They obviously used a low quality can of plain black paint… he literally oversaw nothing, what was the point of having him involved at all? He couldn’t even insure they used the correct paint.
