The Littleton company says it has operated since 2002 with a team of over 60 technicians, doing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and generator work across Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. The bigger jobs show up too. An August 2026 customer in Concord had a complete new heating and air-conditioning system installed in one eight-hour day, at a cost they called fair and competitive with other quotes. In December 2025, after a customer's heating pipes burst, Jake S came the next day, found several burst locations and cut into the bottom of a kitchen cabinet to reach one. A June 2026 customer with a noisy mini-split compressor had it diagnosed and fixed on the visit. One mini-split client, with the company since a 2017 install, said in a 2024 review that the semi-annual maintenance was done flawlessly at a fair price. The complaints are specific. In July 2026, a customer whose AC had a mouse-damaged start capacitor was charged just under $800 for the part and fix, then looked up the part at $77. In May 2026, one customer said an AI phone assistant booked a same-day appointment that turned out to be the following week; another, a customer for almost a decade, wrote that since the company's acquisition by private-equity-backed Sila they could no longer reach a live person and were told an emergency call-out would take 7 weeks. A December 2025 reviewer said the circulator on a two-year-old system had broken each year. A May 2026 Reddit commenter who said they used to work in the industry listed Nashoba among companies to avoid for overpaying. The New Hampshire HVAC licence GFE0700859, held by David M Patenaude, is active on the state registry; the company's site lists MA Master Plumber licence #11379, and its BBB grade is A+.
