I’ve worked directly with the owner for close to two decades. It started when I got my first condo. The last was with our dream vacation home last year. Form start to finish I’ve experienced nothing but utter professionalism and straightforward communication. Tracy has a way of knowing exactly what to do to get the most out of a living space. Anyone who comes over is blown away. She was Joanna Gaines before Joanna Gaines was out of high school. She does get very busy so if you are interested I suggest getting with her sooner rather than later.

We contacted Nest+Co from a friend's recommendation to do some interior design on our condo. We had moved from a smaller apartment and our furniture/decor lacked cohesion and style. Tracy and her team were professional, understanding, and fast to respond to all of our questions. They explained the process well and were communicative throughout our project. We re-designed 3 full rooms + our front entry way, and all look awesome! Our style is reflected in all of the rooms, and the entire condo has a sense of unity now.
