Dennis is personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Our gutters weren't draining properly, and he diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it right. He showed up on time and explained everything clearly. Would definitely hire him again.

Working with Edward from start to finish was a great experience. He and his team replaced the stairs to my side porch with composite decking, PVC risers and a new PVC railing. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Edward was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate, provided me with a couple of options that worked with my budget, scheduled the job quickly, and provided great customer service with a terrific final product. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a quality craftsman!

These guys are nice, professional and do a really nice job. They just did a huge job replacing my rotted soffits, gutters, fascia boards and uncovered a few extras while in the middle of it all. They even installed new flood lights my wife purchased in the middle of the project. Edward was super responsive from the start. I received several bids on the job and I ended up going with them because of that and the price point he gave me. I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. Stand up guys 10/10 for sure! Thank you to Edward and the entire team for everything!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. From the beginning to end, everything ran so smooth. I felt I got an honest quote, with no upselling. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend and would hire again.

While the New England Improvements (NEI) site mentions that Dennis, Ed and their team work on gutters, they capably apply their craftsmanship in many other ways. We initially asked NEI to work on a very old gutter system on a very old house. Dennis and his team were quick to respond, listened to what we needed, were extraordinarily articulate about how the problem could be addressed. They completed the job efficiently, cleanly, and for an absolutely fair price. I asked Dennis if he could help with work on another property - gutter/fascia replacement; deconstructing an interior room of its shelves, cabinets, etc.; interior and exterior carpentry; replacing a large exterior picture window - and his team went above and beyond the call of duty, respecting the fact that they were working in a very busy household. Again, they completed the job efficiently, cleanly, and for an absolutely fair price. I couldn't recommend any organization more highly.
