Do not hire these guys. We hired them to build a deck 3 years ago. The process itself was troubled. They didn’t clear the correct permits w the town, and didn’t get inspections done on time, so work had to be undone and the process tooo longer than expected. When it was done, it looked on, but we noticed a couple of issues. One of the issues was that the rainex system we paid an extra $5k to have installed, leaked. They came out once to reseal, but we have had nonstop leak issues since then in multiple places. Another issue, is that there are two post caps that didn’t get secured. That means that when someone puts their hand on the cap, it moves and just falls off. That can be dangerous if you’re using it for stability. Do, we have to let ppl know, embarrassing. We asked that they come out and fix it, since we couldn’t fix it ourselves because the piece of wood the cap was supposed to anchor to was too short inside the post. We asked multiple times. We would get (sketchily) voice texts back instead of written once’s, saying they would come and look and come and look. They never did. I exchanged texts with them for years. Blendon Texiera was the owner and my contact, and didn’t come back to fix it. Lastly the composte planks have become uneven (sinking over time) and in some places are a tripping hazard. We let them know about that too, and same thing, no answer. Hire better people.
Amazing job start to finish. Reasonably priced communicated well. Did exactly what I wanted them to do and the house looks amazing Stuck to the schedule stuck to the price I asked for some additional work, which they did and a very reasonable predetermined cost Would definitely hire them again if I have another remodel project to do
