The East Windsor business handles whole-room renovations as well as decks, garages and windows. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration was expired when checked on October 30, 2026. Google shows 4.5 stars from 20 ratings, while Houzz shows 4.9 from 39. In February 2026, a customer returning for a second project said Louis, Josh and Gary completed it on budget and on time. A separate February Houzz customer described a picture window with double-hung windows on either side, installed in one day. A December 2025 kitchen customer said the crew arrived each day, finished without delays and kept Lou accessible for questions. Another December reviewer described a complete master-bathroom renovation in 2018, a complete hall-bathroom renovation in 2025 and minor kitchen upgrades. That customer identified Lou as the owner and Josh as his son, praised their attention to square, properly finished work and said the bathrooms had continued to work without problems. A November 2025 reviewer described extensive renovations including siding, new windows, fully gutted kitchens and bathrooms, wall repair and painting, hardwood floor and stair refinishing, doors and lighting. A different November 2025 customer identified owner Louis Cook and described a first-floor rebuild joining the kitchen and dining area and adding a new bathroom. That customer praised help selecting materials, daily cleanup and dust screens while the work progressed. The outdoor projects are also specific. One November 2025 customer described demolishing an old garage and rebuilding it at three times its former size. Another November reviewer described a completed deck replacement that stayed on schedule. In February 2025, a West Hartford homeowner described returning for a 2024 kitchen-and-dining-room remodel after a 2022 bathroom gut renovation, with both projects starting and finishing on schedule and final costs close to the estimates.
