Eric helped us repair our home after we had significant ice dam damage this winter. Because the repairs involved working through our insurance company, the process was more complicated than a typical home repair, but Eric was patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently, kept all the paperwork well organized, and made sure we were informed as the work progressed. Having construction going on while we were still living in the house with our three pets could definitely be stressful at times, but Eric made the process so much easier. He always communicated with us about the schedule, worked with us to accommodate our needs, and consistently showed up when he said he would. We really appreciated that reliability and consideration! He was also very thoughtful whenever unexpected issues came up and took the time to explain things and work through them with us. We really appreciated how easy he was to work with and how much care he put into the project! Most importantly, our house looks amazing now! After a very stressful situation, it finally feels like our home again, and even better than before! We hired Newcomb Builders for a major job that involved a two-story addition (with foundation), plus new windows, siding and roof. So, in addition to Eric Newcomb, the work involved subcontractors for roofing, siding, gutters, paint, flooring, concrete, etc. Although the job took a while, with many moving parts, all the work was of excellent quality and workmanship. Eric is excellent about checking in with our wishes and communicating his plans. He's honest, responsible and easy to work with. And Newcomb Builders brings some design expertise (re colors, lighting, tile, etc.) that fit our home nicely. I'd highly recommend and, in fact, planning a bathroom renovation for next year.

We love everything about our old house, but it was finally time to remodel our bathroom and replace the kitchen floor. We contacted Newcomb Builders after discovering several issues in our bathroom from the previous owners. After consulting with them, we decided to do a bathroom remodel to be able to achieve all the results we wanted. The results were absolutely fantastic. You can tell that they care very much about their work. Everything was completed meticulously and in less time than originally quoted. We highly recommend Newcomb Builders. Eric and Aimee were a great team to work with. I really needed help with designing 2 bathrooms. Aimee has beautiful taste and was able to offer me different design options . I was not offered this service with other contractors. Eric’s work was meticulous. He was punctual and left our house clean throughout the projects. Both Eric and Aimee are easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the results.
