Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? What an amazing experience with Newton fired flood the best water damage company in New England. I have a two family house in Ashland and it was two in the morning when I called Newton fire and flood a After a pipe broke in my basement, flooding my children’s playroom and our guest room. Philip, the owner himself answered the phone at two in the morning. I didn’t think that anybody would actually answer the phone. Within one hour, I had a whole crew at the house ready to work. They quickly stop the water and even help me get a plumber. They should be that everything would go through the insurance and that’s exactly what happened. A little bit later in the day, Philip actually showed up it was a Saturday afternoon he walked me through the entire claims process. He was extremely thorough and patient. As it was my very first claim, I was very skeptical and had many questions for Philip, but he was extremely patient. Even came back the next day and met with my adjuster a few days later went over the entire loss with me and the adjuster. Once the cleanup process was done. He came back and did the reconstruction.
