One 2023 reviewer said they'd be booking again every six months. The one thing worth asking about: a 2024 review that praised the couch-cleaning itself but noted the crew arrived right at the tail end of a two-hour window rather than earlier in it — pin down the scheduling window before booking if timing matters to you. For carpet, upholstery, or rug cleaning, or a mold or water-damage job, this is a company whose customers keep naming the specific person who did the work — a good sign in a trade where trust in who's coming into your home matters as much as the result.
