Outside, it is rot: a 2025 customer describes rotted custom exterior woodwork cut out and replaced with PVC Trimboard, a rusted bulkhead and garage back door swapped, an exterior shower removed; a 2023 customer had garage siding repaired; another had trim boards, windows and cedar shingles replaced. The business calls itself a rot repair and exterior trim specialist, and the record backs that up. Inside, it is finish carpentry and small structural jobs. Reviewers describe a mudroom and a finished basement, a mudroom bench with built-in storage below and coat hooks above, decorative wall trim and a plant shelf, a front door with trim, a gazebo, and cabinets reworked so a dishwasher would fit into an existing island. Two 2026 customers had blinds and closet sliders installed — he takes the small jobs too. Three things recur across five years of reviews. He explains options and their trade-offs before you commit; one 2023 customer says he gave advice on work he was not going to do without charging for the time. He cleans up — 'no trace that Nick was even in my house' is a 2025 reviewer's phrase, and the same theme appears in 2021, 2024 and 2025 accounts.
